This is another straightforward “recipe” for making your own fajita & taco seasoning blend. It’s as simple as gathering your spices and mixing them together.
This is a pantry staple for fajitas, tacos, or anything you want to give that Mexican-inspired flavor.
For justification on why you should bother mixing your own spices, check out my previous Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Blend recipe.
The beauty of making your own seasoning blends is that you can customize it how you wish. Feel free to adjust the recipe according to your preference. If you want to test it out first, whip up just half (or one fourth) or the ingredients. Then you can adjust the spices to your liking. Just be mindful of the amount of salt you are adding because you will likely be adding some more salt to whatever you use this seasoning blend on.
